PRJKT-1 CARABINIER is a device that automatically shuts off a light switch when left on by accident.
Due to its sheer simplicity and ease-of-operations, CARABINIER is intended to be a straightforward introductory project for aspiring engineers.
However, the code and programing of CARABINIER is not at an introductory level, which may results in some difficulty for certain users.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
ESP-32 CAM WROVER BOARD
A control board with a built-in camera ensures simplicity in terms of circuitry and wiring, but introduces new challenges in the coding aspect.
SG90 SERVO AND HORN
One servo to physically flick the light switch and ensure smooth, reliable, and robust operations. SG90s are satisfactory, but MG90s have more longevity.
ACCESS TO A 3D PRINTER
The ESP-32 housing and flicker mechanism are provided in the form of .stl files, so access to a 3D printer is required to bring these models to life.
