PRJKT-2: RANGER
PRJKT-2 RANGER is a bionic head with realistic functions. It is able to blink, open its mouth and tongue, look around, and move its eyebrows. Despite its movements rooted in realism, the entire system is relatively simple.
The code and programming for RANGER is far easier than CARABINIER, but it requires a much more advanced level of circuitry and wiring, which is why this project is better suited towards more experienced builders.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
ARDUINO UNO BOARD
The simpler Arduino Uno has more available signal ports and is easier to navigate, which makes up for the complicated wiring.
SG90 SERVOS AND HORNS
Servos control various aspects of the bionic face, such as the eyelids. SG90s are perfectly fine for this application.
ACCESS TO A 3D PRINTER
All parts are provided in the form of .stl files, so access to a 3D printer is required to bring these models to life.
